A new PRC named as 3rd PRC from 01.01.2022 is introduced for pay scale revision of all cadre employees working in different organizations by the Central Public Service Employees (CPSE)
As per the new pay scale revision issued by the approval of the Department of Public Enterprise, the PSU dearness allowance is considered to be zero in certain months beginning of January, April, July, and October
The 3rd PRC is for all those industrial workers and the industrial brands mentioned which are often found over the PRC Wage Relief Based on an average value of AICPIN number the basic salary of the employee under 3rd PRC increases or decreases in each quarter as released by the labor bureau

Here mentioned are the confirmed IDA rates for PSU employees which are applicable to all whether officers or non-executive workers working in the public sector The new IDA rates on the basic pay would be announced after releasing of the AICPIN number quarterly by the labor bureau

- Average AICPIN (2001-100) for the Quarter (Mar2021 – 344, April 2021 – 346 & May 2021 – 347, Calculate the Average of this quarter)
- Link Point = 277.33 ( As on 01.01.2017)
- An increase over link point = XX( Average of quarterly AICPIN minus Link Point
- IDA Rate from 1st April 2021 = XX% [(Point3-Point2)*100]
