  1. Go to WBIFMS Portal

Open your browser and type “wbifms.gov.in/postlogin.htmlin the search bar and open the portal.

  • Select EService

Click on the EServices option in the corner.

  • SignUp

Click on Sign Up option in the drop down list, a new page will open with note for new registration.

  • Enter HRMS ID

Provide your WBIFMS Employee HRMS ID followed with Mobile number.

  • Enter Captcha Code

Type down the Captcha code and the Click on Register button.

  • Enter OTP

Type in the OTP you received on your registered mobile number.

  • Check Declaration Box

Submit your declaration by checking the declaration box.

  • Open Account

Select My Account and the account creation page will open.

  • Get Password

You will receive a message with a temporary password, now use that temporary password to log in.

  1. Change Password

You will be directed to another web page where you have to set a new permanent password for the website login.

  1. Registration Complete

You have now successfully completed the registration on the website. Now you can get the benefit from all the available features on this website.
