Online Process for EPF Date of Birth Correction
- Visit the EPFO unified member portal at unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/memberinterface/
- Go to the Manage option given in the top menu section
- To continue click the option Modify Basic Details
- Enter the corrected information for name, date of birth as per the Aadhaar card on the next page
- Click the Update details option
- The status of the requested date will be displayed on the next page and the new change is shown as the option “Pending at Employer/ Accepted by Field Office” which means the changes made are to be approved by your company and then by connected EPFO regional office
EPF Date of Birth change status is showing as pending, What to do?
To get the change approved by the company or employer wait for 7 working days In another case the company HR can be contacted to ask approval manually
