    Dear Sir/Madam,

    After the expiration of my old card, I did not receive any new sbi credit card.
    Do you have any proof regarding receiving a new sbi card, as we were not in the state for the last two years?
    Again I am stating I didn’t receive any new credit card and I didn’t even know my credit card number.

    Last year also I received annual charges 200+ for not received card, still I paid due to the cibil score.
    Did the customer need to pay the generated bill for not received card due to cibil score?
    This cannot be tolerated.
    I have requested over the phone last year about cancellation of my credit card, the same thing I have approached in grievance of sbi portal. Please check old queries with my email id. That time the team says the credit card will be cancelled.

    Do I need to pay the amount for a card which is not dispersed to me?

    I request you to cancel my credit card without any delay and also waive off annual charges.
