The employee is asked to fill form 2 revised when an employee joins an organization In case of the premature death of an EPF member the filled form 11 has all the details of the nominated employee This form is proof that the employee is already a member of the EPF account or not

At any point in time employee can change EPF Nomination. During the tenure, they can change their nomination at any time.
To change the nomination as required a simple form is to filled To make a new nomination a revised form 2 is fill which makes the previous nomination null and void
The filled form by the EPF Member is sent to the EPF Head office or the regional office for further amendments
By specifying the percentage of each person more than one nominee can be selected according to the PF Organization rules
All this process is normally offline but now the Employee Provident Fund organization have introduced EPF E Nomination
To complete the nomination process from home the new process has been introduced Follow these simple steps for EPF nomination

- Visit login portal using the browser at https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/memberinterface/
- Fill in the UAN Number password and captcha code
- Go to manage option
- Click e nomination
- Complete your profile by adding a profile photo
- Click the option add family details
- Click to add a row
- Fill in the spouse details (Aadhaar, Name, Date of birth, gender, Relation, address, bank account details, photo)
- Click the add row option to fill in other family member details
- To receive the amount enter the % share by dragging down
- Click save
Is it mandatory to add the bank details of a nominee?
Of course, but you can even add them later as it is the most important for the nominee being selected to receive the amount share
Is it mandatory to add bank details of children if minor?
No, you can add the bank details of the children after 18+ and this is allowed
Is there any limit for the members to change EPF Nomination?
There is no limit for EPF Nomination at all By following the rules number of nominations can be changed any time The member has to make a request whether online or offline
