- Visit Telangana IGRS Login portal at https://registration.telangana.gov.in/index.html
- From the online services section Click EC option
- Click continue after the pop-up window appears and now click submit to proceed
- The Encumbrance page will be opened on which you will have to choose either Search by document number or search by property option
- Method 1: Choose the search by document number option Now to fill in the document number, year of registration, and SRO number To get EC to click to submit button
- Method 2: Choose search by property option and fill in all the property details now click the submit button to get the EC displayed
