Go to the SBI HRMS portal for pensioners at hrms.onlinesbi.com
- Visit Employee Benefits and click Employee PF
From the employee HRMS page select pension, PF, and gratuity link
- Life Certificate Application
Click pension processing and apply for a Life certificate
- Choose pensioner/family pensioner
Select the right option to upload and fill the application
- Fill in SBI Pensioner PF Index Number
Now enter your SBI pensioner number and to retrieve the details click search
- Check all the details
Check the pensioner name and LC submission date carefully
- Fill in remarks
Type life certificate submitted as your remarks
- Click submit
To send your application for manager’s approval click submit
- Life certificate get approved by the manager
Through the HRMS login, the manager will approve your life certificate and acknowledgment for submission of LC will be issued
