The GPF account for all the employees working in HP government is managed by Himachal Pradesh state government as per the rules and regulations Saving accounts giving benefits for long term to the employees After reaching retirement period the GPF amount is available for withdrawal

- Visit the Accountant General Himachal Pradesh Online website using admis.hp.nic.in in order to launch the AG portal
- Choose your department code as your series code from the drop-down
- Fill in the GPF account number and PIN number
- The HP GPF account homepage is displayed on the screen
- Choose view GPF statement option
- Select the month to view the GPF statement
- Wait for the details to load after clicking Generate report option
- Now employees can download the report using the option on the GPF account page GPF details can be viewed
Is it possible to withdraw the full amount from the HP GPF account?
No, the total amount is not meant for withdrawal as per the GPF regulations Two-thirds of the amount can be withdrawn by the employee in case of child marriage, education, or any other emergency
Is it mandatory to add nominees in HP GPF?
For the retirement of the employee the total amount is kept in the HP GPF account In any case of emergency it is asked to provide nominees As per the family bond employee can fill their nominees In case of employee demise amount is transferred to the nominee’s account
What would happen if the HP GPF statement shows wrongly added money?
If you notice any wrongly added amount in the HP GPF account Within three months of slip generation a complaint is to be filed by the employee The issue will be fixed by the corresponding team as soon as possible.
