Note: The mobile app has been stopped due to a high load on IPAS Server. By the end of August, Indian Railway Department is trying to shift the RESS database to a separate server. Instead of using a mobile app for the month railway employees can use desktop version (http://aims.indianrailways.gov.in/mAIMS)

Using the desktop or AIMS mobile application railway employees can check their complete career history on their hands using AIMS Portal Indian Railway RESS which is exclusively designed for employees. Along with personal details, you can check salary details, increment or hike date, etc.

Indian Railway Payslip Download AIMS Portal
- In chrome browser check the RESS portal of Railways at aims.indianrailways.gov.in/mAIMS
- Fill in your employee user ID along with the password
- Click submit button Immediately a page will appear having Employee ID, employee name, Aadhar number, and photo of the employee
- Click salary (At the right side of the page options of salary/ yearly summary and Supplementary income can be seen)
- Click Salary> Yearly summary>Supplementary income
- Salary option is for downloading monthly salary slip
- Financial year pay details are shown in the yearly summary
- All the income details supplementary for the particular year are shown in the supplementary income
- Enter month and year in given format as YYYY-MM(EX: 2022-13)
- Enter railway salary month
- Click submit option
- Your complete pay details are displayed for the month including personal details, earning details, deductions, and a summary. Click to download the document
- Click download document in PDF option

How many months’ payslips are allowed to be downloaded from the AIMS portal?
From the date of the online portal launch you can download as many payslips as required there is no limit. Just enter the month and the year in the specified format and download the payslip
Does the AIMS portal allow editing mobile numbers?
It is not allowed for the employees to edit their mobile numbers due to security reasons A written request to the concerned authorities can be made if anyone wants to edit their mobile number It is automatically changed from old to new upon request
How can I submit a grievance related to AIMS Payslip details?
For AIMS Payslip payslip errors there is no portal for grievances at present For earlier rectifications, visit the concerned authorities with the payslip
How to contact the AIMS railway portal online in case of technical problems?
Railway employees can raise their technical issues to concerned authorities by sending email to [email protected] It is a must to raise on both the AIMS portal and AIMS mobile application so that they may not ignore it
