Hinduja Global Solutions being a big corporation have created its HRMS portal  which is an ESS portal that can be logged in by the employees to access different features and requirements Here is the process listed

  • Using your browser visit iess.hg-bs.com
  • Fill in the employee ID similar to the one in the ID card in the login window
  • Fill in the login ID obtained while registering to HGS
  • Enter the password
  • To access the HGS ESS web portal click the download button and you can download the payslip

To note all the allowances, reimbursements and benefits are added employees must inspect the salary slip and the payslip can be downloaded for various purposes including home, bike, and car loans application and other purposes

Note: HGS ESS App from the play store is to be used by the employees as the HGS website is updating to avail the services

  • Provide company number
  • Fill in the user ID and the portal password
  • Click the continue option to login

  • Enter 4 Digit PIN and confirm again

  • You can unlock the app using a fingerprint or by entering 4- Digit PIN in HGS app
  • From the top right corner click the menu and tap the salary slip option given on the top
  • Under the salary slip page you can choose salary slip month or timeline range
  • Click the submit button and download the salary slip in Pdf format

Yes, Click the menu option given in the top right corner and tap the change PIN option Enter current PIN And now enter the new 4 Digit PIN twice to confirm
